Introduction
Some Allied Telesis devices have access to the latest Software download without the need for a Net.Cover Support contract.
In the following article, we will see how to get to this webpage and what to do if our device is not found on the list.
Software Downloads
Go to the Allied Telesis webpage, then in the tabs above, select the "Service & Support" option. This will display more options, where the "Software Support" option must be chosen, and then, on the right, select "Software Downloads".
The browser will be redirected, and a list of Allied Telesis devices will be displayed as shown in the following image:

Please note that this list will be updated over time and that the devices shown in the image above may vary.
If the device you are looking for is not in the list, you need to open a support case requesting access to the Download Center. Please register for an Account at theĀ Support Portal webpage and then create a case.
