This article describes the warranty options for Allied Telesis Devices and instructions on how to register them on our portal.

Allied Telesis Product Warranty

Allied Telesis, Inc. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW) on products purchased from an approved source on or after July 1st, 2024.

For devices purchased between February 1st, 2018 and June 31st, 2024, the warranty was limited to a certain number of years, as you can see in the following link Hardware and Software Warranty Information February 2018 - June 2024.

90-Day Warranty

Allied Telesis, Inc. warrants solely to the end-user purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the Allied Telesis hardware and software product(s) (“Product”) purchased from Allied Telesis or an Approved Source will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date the Purchaser buys such Product.
 

Two-Year Warranty

Allied Telesis, Inc. warrants solely to the end-user purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the Allied Telesis hardware and software product(s) (“Product”) purchased from Allied Telesis or an Approved Source will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date the Purchaser buys such Products.
 

Five-Year Warranty

Allied Telesis, Inc. warrants solely to the end-user purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the Allied Telesis hardware product(s) (“Product”) purchased from Allied Telesis or an Approved Source will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date the Purchaser buys such Product.
 

Lifetime Lifetime Hardware Warranty

Allied Telesis, Inc. warrants solely to the end-user purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the Allied Telesis hardware product(s) (“Product”) purchased from Allied Telesis or an Approved Source will be warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product. Allied Telesis Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty support will be discontinued five (5) years after the Product’s End of Sale announcement (“EOS”).
