How to access Download Center to get software for AT devices?


Allied Telesis Net.Cover customers benefit from the enhanced software support included with their support plan. This article describes How to access our Software Download Center.

Things you need

A link to access the Software Download Center and set your account password is sent via an automated email from with your Net.Cover registration. The account created for you, is continually updated with access to software for all products registered against a valid Net.Cover contract.

If you do not have a Net.Cover support contract, software versions are available from the date of purchase, during the period shown on our Hardware and Software Warranty Information page, to gain this access you must open a warranty case with the Allied Telesis support team.

Please register using your professional contact details (corporate e-mail address).

If you have not received the link please read the Possible Exception section below.

Hint - Your Software Download Center credentials are different from the ones used to access the Online Support Portal.

Accessing the Software Download Center 

Using your user and password, simply login into the online Software Download Center

Note: If you do not have credentials and want to get access to our free software library, you can always request guest access to the portal.

Once you request access, you will be provided with guest credentials sent to the email address provided on the form. 

Please register using your professional contact details (corporate e-mail address).

Note: Please do not attempt to reset the guest credentials once you are logged in on the guest portal.

Possible Exception

If you have not activated your access, or do not have your credentials, please use the Password Finder tool to request a link to reset your password.

Hint: Use the email address you have provided when registering your Net.Cover contract.

The link will be sent from, if you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your SPAM folder. 

If you do not receive the link, it is likely that your email address is not recognized. In this instance please request access by contacting our Service Desk and quoting your Net.Cover contract number(s).
